West Coast Story. Dec 2005
Me catching flies.

Following my 9 weeks in Houston on business, i managed to grab a weeks holiday before Xmas and travelled over to the west coast. Los Angeles rocks! The weather and having the beach and mountains in such close proximity makes it a dream destination. Managed to do all the touristy stuff and met some interesting people. The beaches were deserted - just wish i could have gone surfing.
I then travelled up to Vegas and indulged in the strip! Did my first tandem skydive - cannot recommend this enough. The whole experience was one big rush. Check out the galleries for pictures from the trip.
There's a ton of stuff to do in California - so i will definately be back. Snowboarding in Lake Tahoe and Mammoth. Surfing in the summer. A road trip to San Fran and Yosemite.......etc
Banff, Canada. Feb 25th 2006.
Following the legendary 2003 Korean toilet incident, we are hoping the wanted posters have dissapeared from Banff. Once again we are staying at the awesome Caribou Lodge. A day trip to Kicking Horse is a definate for me this time. It's a big group this year, 18 of us. Things could get messy :)
Memoriable moments from our last visit to banff. Half the group went heli-skiing. The fondue night(telephone dating). The korean poo. Banff Springs Hotel. Strap on bindings (chopsie). Russ and the chick from the hotel. Andy B and the pig farmer. Sweet Carolina (great lessons!).

Do Wrist Guards Actually Work?
We all know the importance of wearing a helmet, but what about wrist guards? Do they actually work? Or do they cause more serious injuries? Take a look at the excellent article from www.ski-injury.com
Talking of helmets - if your looking for a new model, check out the reviews at www.skihelmets.com. Think i need to upgrade my Giro 9 for the new Giro 10.

If you've ever skied or snowboarded before, you'll know how physically demanding it is. Your half way down a decent, the adrenaline is pumping and you're carving some sick turns.
Sooner or later your calves and thighs are burning, your lungs are screaming for air and its time for a sit down.
Besides taking in the scenery and egging your pals on to go big over the next kicker - it's time for some Snowball Action !!!
The purpose of this site is to highlight some of the most memorable snow fights and holiday action. You'll also find details of up and coming holidays and
resort information. Use the menu links above to navigate the site. Enjoy !

Never been on a winter holiday? Well your missing out, it may be expensive and perhaps painful to learn. But once the basics have been mastered - your gonna be wearing
a smile for the rest of your stay. Breath taking scenery, clean air, break neck speeds and of course après-ski entertainment are on offer.
Having a 100-acre run to yourself and hearing nothing but the carving of your board is something special.
I took the above picture lying down, using a disposable camera. You can't make them out, but there were a group of heli-skiers descending the peak in the background.
